Shipping

All shipping is FREE.

We can ship anywhere in the EU.

We dispatch our eScooters within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Ecos are shipped using a 48h service.

Boosters are shipped using a 7-10 working day service.

All duty and tax is pre-paid. 

You are welcome to collect an eScooter in person from Cheltenham UK. Cash only. Please contact us first.

Returns

You may return your eScooter for a 90% refund within 15 days of the purchase date, the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories in a resalable condition. 

We do not refund shipping costs.

We do not refund used scooters.

Warranty

All eScooters come with 1 year manufacturers warranty.

They are easy to maintain and fix. If any problems should occur, we will do our best to help you with repairs or make a claim.

We do not stock spare parts, however should you require anything we can order any part in.
